iCollect Medical Billing was built on more than an understanding of claims, coding, and collections. It was built on firsthand experience running healthcare practices and navigating the same challenges our clients face every day.
Led by Dr. Art LeVine, iCollect brings more than 40 years of healthcare experience to the practices we serve; including experience as a multi-practice owner and as Director of Business Operations for a national billing and collection company responsible for more than $35 million annually in insurance billing.
That combination gives us a different perspective on medical billing.
We understand the business because we’ve lived it.

- Former Longest-serving Chairman of his State Association’s Insurance Relations Committee
- Former Longest-serving member of his State Association’s Board of Directors
- Educator in medical documentation and specialty-specific coding requirements
